Boat is located in: Tampa, Florida
My 1996 Catalina 250 is a very well upgraded and very well taken care of pocket cruiser.
It has 1y old bottom job that's cleaned bi-weekly, a Simrad GO7 XSR chartplotter, a 1y old main, a 2003 Tohatsu outboard with electric start, a 6mo old kickup rudder, a 6mo old 100ah lithium house bank, a 100w solar panel, 1y old standing rigging, a new roller furler, a 12v refrigerator on board, a private head with a 1y old toilet, a 1y old custom sunbrella wrapped memory foam mattress for the double aft berth, and a new bimini.
I am selling because my wife wants a much bigger boat.
So, a bigger boat she is getting.
Actually, we close on one very soon.
So, my Catalina 250 has to go.
It's the swing keel wb model, which we absolutely loved for sailing around Tampa Bay!
It's just so versatile.
Truly a go anywhere or tow anywhere boat.
I do not have a trailer for it; it is wet slipped. 9.9hp Tohatsu outboard. 100ah lithium house battery. separate AGM starter battery. 100w solar panel.
MPPT charge controller. 12v powered refrigerator.
Simrad GO7 XSR chartplotter.
VHF w/GPS and RAM remote.
Carry-on AC.
Lots of spare parts and upgrades.
