Liberty 1981 Cheermen Marine PT-38 Euro Sedan Trawler Liberty is a 38' PT-38 Euro Sedan Trawler.
Her first two owners were in the San Francisco Bay area and the third was outside Portland on the Columbia River.
The second owner sailed her to Alaska and back to Seattle.
We became the fourth owners when we purchased her in 2000 in St Helens OR and trucked her to Olympia WA.
She has been under covered moorage on the Seattle Ship Canal fresh water since 2000 and she was undercovered moorage in St Helens OR prior.
We have enjoyed cruising Liberty in Puget Sound San Juan Islands Gulf Islands Desolation Sound and up to Princess Louisa over the past 24 years.
We never did make it to Alaska.
She has been regularly hauled and has had a variety of upgrades over this time.
We added both the bow and stern thrusters.
All of her electronics have been replacedupgraded over the past 24 years.
She is ready for your adventures to begin this summer.
She was last hauled and surveyed at the request of our insurer in June 2023.
There are no particular problems.
She received new bottom paint and external zincs.
Her scale weight was 29000 lbs.
